Information

Information on the Summer School

This information sheet is a supplement to the detailed prospectus about boarding accomodation which gives extensive information about our boarding house.

Why?

Why Summer School?

Over the last 20 years we have developed a summer school programme in the following subjects: German, English, Latin, French, and Maths. The aim of the course is to improve the pupils knowledge and increase motivation. In small groups of 3-8 pupils students take 3 hours of lessons and, 3 hours of supervised learning and exercise time make it possible to fill in gaps and to create a solid platform in their chosen subject.
The combination of intensive work and an active leisure programme ensures that the participants still feel that they are on holiday despite their decision to do something for school. The morning is dominated by school work, the afternoons by sport games and fun. Sports activities in the open air or in our own sports hall, games, excursions and entertainment with qualified supervision all ensure that leisure time develops into a real enjoyable holiday experience.

For whom?

For whom is our Summer School intended?

For pupils who want to fill in gaps in a particular subject.
